Perlast, LTD. Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-Rings and custom parts, for extreme temperatures and chemically aggressive environments.
Pharmaceutical, Food & Dairy.
Materials are available that meet FDA, USP Class VI, and 3-A standards for fluid compatibility, cleanliness, purity, and engineering design. Perlast withstands CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) processes.
Aerospace.
Perlast parts are manufactured in facilities approved to ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 for the quality and traceability demanded for aerospace applications. Materials are approved to a variety of MIL and AMS specifications including AMS 7257C.
Oil & Gas.
Perlast is designed to meet the challenges of the most inhospitable operating environments. Perlast provides excellent sealing for systems operating in HPHT environments with mixed fluids and chemicals, including sour gas (H2S), corrosion inhibitors, and extreme temperatures.
Large Diesel Engines.
Perlast is used in large diesel engines in such parts as exhaust valve seats and turbo chargers.
The ENDURA® range of elite elastomer materials by PPE has been specifically developed for use in downhole, surface and subsea oilfield tools and offers excellent explosive decompression (ED) resistance with extensive testing to both NORSOK and NACE standards. The EnDura range includes material grades such as V91A that provide the ultimate in chemical resistance and low temperature performance for use in Arctic conditions.
